My wife and I are puppy raisers for Guide Dogs for the Blind, and so wanted a patio with low or zero porosity, so that the puppies little 'accidents' can be cleaned up easily. After some searching online, I found these Cotswold Ivory tiles which appeared to be just what we wanted. Ordering was easy and a few days later the tiles were delivered. The communication from PrimaPorcelain was excellent. My builder's only problem during the laying process was caused by porcelain tiles being so hard, and he got through quite a few specialist cutting discs. Hopefully this means, however, that these tiles are going to be extremely durable. Now the tiles have been laid, we are really pleased with how they look and love the variation in the colouring of the tiles. If I need outdoor tiles in the future for any other part of my garden, will definitely use PrimaPorcelain again.

Having looked at various suppliers for Porcelain tiles to replace an existing patio I eventually ordered from PrimaPorcelain. From first contact to receiving the tiles was a first class experience. The order was taken and the delivery made just as agreed. The tiles were very well packed, which very little damage, perhaps 2% (usually expect 10% to be damaged through delivery). The tile quality is everything I had wished for and now they are laid the expectations have been more than matched.
