Thank you Bart for all you advice and recommendation. Bart the owner was kind enough to get me connected to someone within the his own industry. He spared his valuable time to understand my requirements. My project has already started with another contractor but the Bart was kind enough to help me source the right person for the remainder of my job. I hope one day will be able to work Xterior as are a fantastic team.

I visited a friend of mine in his villa in Al Barari and I felt so sorry for him because of his suffering and pain from this company. Such a shame..
I regret that I dealt with this company, the project supposed to be completed in 4 months and it still going for more than 1 year. The quality of service is very bad and I don’t recommend anyone to choose them.

We had our swimming pool & landscaping works done by Xterior. Design & Build, the overall experience was pretty good. They had completely transformed my backyard. Special thank to Mr. Bart for his his support during the overall execution of the project.These guys are really professional. Really appreciated it.

We appointed Xterior for our landscape in June 2020 and till date May 2021 the project is incomplete .The owner Mr Bart will give you big sales talk and continuously message you until you sign the contract but once the contract is signed he will not bother to respond to your messages. The project is going on from one year. The handover was scheduled November 2020 but the project is not yet over . The quality of work is pathetic . It’s a sincere advise not to appoint this company as it is the most unprofessional company I have come across…

Just returned to Portugal from Dubai where a had the pleasure of working with Bart and his team. I was installing a complex sculpture. As part of a beautiful landscape design from my good friend Kamila Zaal. From Day I knew I was in safe professional hands. Bart’s on site manger Swamy could not do enough surpassing any challenge I gave him. Its always difficult to find an honest review, this definitely is one.
Its been almost 1 year since our pool was completed. We are still incredibly proud of the result. We would highly recommend Xterior for their product, and their customer service.
Dealing with companies in Dubai can be an absolute chore. Xterior first provided us with an amazing concept video that looks exactly like the end result, Xterior started on time, kept the job site very tidy throughout the entire construction, came in on budget, and finished on schedule, as promised.
Here comes the honesty. Every job of this scale has problems. And we certainly were no exception. However Xterior's response to those issues has been fantastic. During the initial settling in and teething problems, a representative was always available to help.
6 months in we developed what I would call a major problem, a leak somewhere in the system. Xterior swiftly dispatched someone to diagnose the problem, and then a team to come and fix it. No one wants these problems, but on the rare occasion that they do happen, its good to know the post installation follow up service is there.

We are very, very pleased with our garden, enjoying it as much as possible. Bart and his team helped us out greatly when we were severely let down by another landscaping company. Xterior were efficient during the whole process, with a friendly team, keeping the garden tidy throughout (bearing in mind the construction that was required) and always made themselves available whenever we had a question. We would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Thank you for the lovely garden!
