The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.

James, Peter, Afshana and team were brilliant at handling our project. We went through a number of architects and all of them except Market Design & Build told us it was going to be difficult to get planning. We got planning approved from the first submission due to Peter and team's extreme knowledge and superb design; they knew the exact challenges we would face and designed a perfect extension that combats the challenges as well as incorporated all our specifications. Peter also gave us advice on how to manage our neighbour's expectation for the build which was above and beyond his architectural remit. Peter and team were also extremely patient and did numerous designs until we were happy. The end package we received was second to none. We are just about commence our build with Market Design & Build and hope they will deliver the same excellence as the architectural team did. All in all we cannot recommend them enough, we will be using Market Design & Build for all our future projects.

I have worked with the market design and build on several projects in past and will highly recommend them. they are a highly professional and creative team. They have an extra edge over the architectural package with tedious and detailed drawings. As an interior designer having a great and accommodating team to help you fulfil your vision is vital and with the market design and build you undoubtedly get that finish and high quality that you desire for your clients. looking forward to more projects in 2023.
