A new three-storied villa in downtown Berlin, entirely painted in light colors. The look of the building is pronouncedly aristocratic, architectural composition reflects the traditions of Prussian neo-classicism in accordance with the surrounding historical buildings. Interiors of the villa are laconic with well-lit areas and large windows along the perimeter.

Atmosphere of internal living areas is characterized by the combination of delicate light grey, white lacquered, and vanilla colors with a warm touch of exotic sucupira wood. Due to peculiarities of the planning (large amount of various-sized rooms), corridors take up significant space. That is compensated by big mirror surfaces, doors with glass panes from floor to ceiling, and local LED lighting of shelves in niches.

The living room includes a dining area, a living room itself with a sofa section, and a home theatre system (a projector and a roll-out screen). The kitchen is of “section” type, traditional for Berlin. The entrance hall has three passages – to the corridor, to the dining room, and to the outer terrace. Other rooms contain nothing excessive – just calmness expressed in distinct geometry and the absence of details and embellishments, only light grey, vanilla and white tones, natural materials.

The hosts’ bedroom and shower rooms feature “ecological” color scheme, without excessive details. The use of large-size ceramic granite (up to 3 m long) ensured minimizing the amount of joints. The building is also equipped with automation and “smart home” control systems that allow adjusting all microclimate parameters.
