This project consisted of the complete renovation of an 84 m2 penthouse in the Eixample district.

We began by modifying the distribution of the space by demolishing the old system of partitions to achieve a larger and visually cleaner environment.

New plumbing, electricity, heating and air conditioning installations were installed by means of ducts. We manufactured custom-made wooden furniture for the kitchen, bathroom, a bar table in the living room and supplied all the interior doors, entrance doors and bedheads according to design.

As for the interior design, elements of retro and modern style were combined. The former is characterized by striking colours, a mixture of contrasts, geometric figures and glass or aluminium in ornamental elements such as lights.

From the modern style we can highlight the straight and simple lines, the solid and neutral colours such as black and in synchrony with the retro style, materials such as glass are also used.

Unifying both styles, we choose natural wood floors that bring warmth and harmony to the environment.
