Al-Bujairy is located 20 km from the city center of Riyadh,KSA, along the dry river bed of Wadi Hanifa. Overlooking the Wadi and the old mud city of Al-Turaif. which, with its rich history of over 250 directly connected to the house of Saud and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, had a major impact on the complete Project itself.

Being the joint between Addiriyyah and Al-Turaif, Al-Bujairy Project has to serve many needs, such as services for visitors of the historical precinct of Al-Turaif as well as for the residents of Addiriyyah. Therefor a large Plaza, with surrounding shop, Museums, and educational facilities is build along the western side of the Wadi Hanifa. Alongside the Plaza raised lawn areas under grove like planted Palm trees (Phoenix dactylifera) provide proper shadow for resting people. For more privacy some of thous lawn areas are surrounded by hatches of Bougainvillea giving room for families or smaller groups of people.

Moving down the Wadi edge lawn terraces, supported by boulder placements, giving room for

picnic among water features overlooking the Wadi and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Al-Turaif, in a natural setting. Once reached the wadi ground, one will find himself in a dry riverbed like stetting with only rare indigenous plants.

Also within the site, is the Sheikh Abdulwahhab foundation. Which will present the educational and cultural heritage of the Sheikh. It will provide facilities for the public and the scholars for advanced studies and researches.

Just south of the foundation buildings and mosque the Imam gardens will contribute to the farmland history of the site, with a Palm tree grove and water channels. Also shading structures and flowering plants show the more intensive character of this area, while also open to the public it serves recreational purpose too.
